Pohanka Collision works with ALL insurance companies including these direct repair programs (DRP’s) that we have a special relationship with to walk you through the process. We currently have direct repair programs (DRP’s) for State Farm, Nationwide, Geico, Progressive, and Erie. We are ICAR GOLD certified and Honda and Toyota Certified.

Contact Your Insurance Company and File a Claim
When you file a claim, the company will walk you through their process and provide you with a list of local Body Shops in your area. This is a part of the Direct Repair Program.
Contact Body Shop
(It's Your Choice!)
The insurance company will direct you to shops they have DRP relationships with. Oftentimes, customers stick with those shops due to being misinformed and not knowing they have the choice to choose which shop their vehicle gets the repairs done.
Let the Repairs Begin
A body shop does not need to be a DRP in order to repair a vehicle. In fact, they are able to handle the whole process just the same as the insurance company.
